The complete refurbshment of this classic victorian mansion flat in Westminster was required after the client relocated to London and acquired it to begin their new life in the city. Given its relatively poor condition on purchase, the brief was to completely strip it out and maximise the juxtipositions found all over the property.

Dark walnut engineered wood flooring with underfloor heating was installed through out, with bespoke bulit in furniture in the same wood providing extra storage in each room. The home office doubles up as an extra bedroom with the provision of a fold out bed built into the wardrobes. LEDs line the recesses of the dropped ceiling in the living room and hallway, with pendant and spot lights providing the rest of the lighting.
